Free tip: LinkedIn hashtags for search friendly URLs

Thanks to Chris Long for this excellent tip...

I used to be annoyed by the fact that using hashtags in Linkedin overwrote the SEO title that Google normally creates by using the first line of your posts..

But with this tip from Chris, I will start to see this differently.

As it turns out, Linkedin is taking the hashtags, to create the url. This has great effect on your posts ability to rank in Google search, so this opens up a whole new way of thinking strategically about these hashtags..
