You give it a keyword, for example Roofing company Denver

It then finds commercial variants of your keyword, and looks for ranking social media posts in Google....

If you see posts in top10, then you know you can either:

1. Write a blogpost to target that keyword
2. Write a social media post to target that keyword
3. Engage with the social media post in question...
