Medium adds a noindex tag when Google visits your articles..

If your Medium article isnt getting indexed, its because Medium adds a noindex tag when google visits your articles. But you dont see that when you are logged in. Thats why you think its a question of finding the right indexer, when its really a question of, why did Medium think your articles deserve no index...

My theory is, Medium know their articles rank well. Thus they see a large influx of SEO articles. And they dont like that.

So they seem to have built a detection system for catching SEO articles. If you post such an article, it will get the noindex tag, when google visits it.

You can go to google rich result testing tool, and paste your Medium article there. It will look like in the screenshot if it has noindex tag..
