When to insert links into your social media posts and content

I post a lot on all my social media channels. But I only insert links when it support the content that Im talking about.

If I post information style content, which is what I do most, I usually dont insert links. There isnt anything to link to, as I dont have any pages on my websites, that talks about the information.

But if I post about, for example, entity optimized schema markup, I will link to the schemawriter homepage. In this case, it will be natural to insert the link, as it fits the content.

If you run a local business, use this schedule for the weeks 7 days.

  • Day 1. Informational post, no links
  • Day 2. Information post, no links
  • Day 3. Post talking about a service, link to landingpage
  • Day 4. Information post, no links
  • Day 5. Customer review, link to homepage
  • Day 6. Informational post, no links
  • Day 7. Post talking about a service, link to landingpage

In this way, your posting schedule looks natural, and you dont come across as a salesperson....

Hope this helps..
